First and foremost, your backer surveys will be arriving within the next week! This time around, I'm going through Backerkit to keep everything extra organized. Backerkit is a slick tool that should make managing your orders a lot easier than in the past, and it allows for a couple cool features not possible in the prior BitF Kickstarters. For instance, you can change your address easily through it in case you move, and you'll also have the option of adding more items to your order if you feel like it (such as another book, or getting your unsigned book signed).
All surveys will be coming soon, so keep an eye out, especially if you're one of the people who has a Special Thanks name or piece of art in the book! I'll be needing those sooner rather than later, so please don't hesitate to send me your art or names! If your art isn't finished yet, that's fine for now, but I'll be posting later when the deadline is approaching, so make sure to start drawing soon if you haven't yet.
The book is coming along nicely--roughly 80% of the new comics are completely done, while several more have already been conceptualized and are just waiting to be drawn up. During these last few months, I'll be kicking it into overdrive, putting the new features into place and getting everything in order for the book itself to make sure it gets to you guys this year.
Lastly, I'd like to sincerely apologize for not answering my Kickstarter messages as well as I should have. I fully intend to get to every last one of them in the next several days, so please stand by for that.

Update and Christmas Bonus

Ho ho ho! I hope everyone's finished their Christmas shopping, nailed their finals and are now relaxing for the winter break. On my end comes a little update and a couple of bonuses.
First up, the book seems to be slightly behind schedule. Most of the content is finished, but I was hoping to be completely done (and have it set off to ship) by the end of the year, and I'm not quite at that point. I apologize that there'll likely be a bit of a delay at this point, but my new goal is to have the digital version completely done by April so that anyone who's eager for Waluigi Time ASAP can check it out that way.
I'm planning to send surveys out February 2019, so those of you with Waluigi drawings will want to start working on them if you haven't begun yet! The survey will also ask for your current shipping address (for those of you with physical rewards), as well as the Special Thanks name if applicable.
I've prepped a couple little Christmas bonuses for you as a token of goodwill though. The first is something I posted recently to celebrate the new Smash Bros--behold, the whole cast Waluigi-fied:

Secondly, even though all the Stretch Goal Waluigi songs have been already uploaded, here's a new one! It's a lovely rendition of a Christmas classic sung by the man himself:

Happy Hall-uigi!
I thought it'd be a good time for an update. Currently, I've got about as many comics finished as there are stars in Super Mario 64, meaning I'm at nearly 60% complete in terms of comic content! To give a bit of a sneak peek at some of them (without spoiling too many of the strips outright), I decided to snip up a bunch of peculiar, out-of-context panels and throw 'em all together to give a sampling of Waluigi nonsense:
As you can see, there's a bit of variety in linework, art and colors used. The art of the book will evolve slightly as the comics progress.
The next update should give you guys more details on the upcoming surveys and such. Thanks for your patience!

NF Magazine (which I do comics and articles for) is having a special Waluigi-themed issue this upcoming month! It's all about the man in purple, and it includes some art of mine on the cover, as well as an article or two about my take on Waluigi (plus, the "Waluigi's Invitation" comic I posted earlier makes an appearance)! The cutoff to sign up at Patreon.com/NintendoForce is this Sunday, August 19th. It even comes with a crazy poster full of Waluigi art!
